Location: South Forsyth High School 585 Peachtree Pkwy, Cumming, GA 30041

Parents can purchase tickets using this link.

Students need to bring:

• Black Socks
• Show Shirt to wear under uniform
• Change of school appropriate clothes to wear after we perform
• Money for food at the concession stand

Itinerary - Please remember that all itineraries are tentative and subject to change.

8:00am - Arrive at Parkview High School

8:05am - Change into uniform

8:25am - Load bus

8:30am - Depart from Parkview High School

9:30am - Arrive at South Forsyth High School, unload truck (Directors Check-in)

9:45am - Warm Up (sub sectionals)

10:05am - Ensemble Warm up and Music

10:40am - Begin moving instruments towards Waiting Area

10:55am - Wait in Staging area

11:04am - Performance

11:13am - Performance ends, strike the tarp, drums and front

11:20am - Load truck

11:40am - Change out of uniforms

12:00pm-3:00pm - Watch other groups, eat, practice?

Schedule for afternoon performance to be determined based on placement.

7:45pm - Awards

8:45pm - Depart from South Forsyth HS

9:45pm - Arrive at Parkview HS, unload

10:15pm - Students are dismissed as soon as truck is unloaded
