5:00 pm - Load Buses

5:15 pm - DEPART PHS

6:15 pm - Arrive @ West Forsyth HS/Unload/Set-Up/Restrooms

7:30 pm - Kick-Off

Q1 - In Stands

Q2 - Warm-Up/Stage

Halftime Show: PMB - West Forsyth Band

Q3 - Break

Q4 - In Stands

9:45 pm - Load equipment

10:15 pm - Load Buses

10:30 pm - Depart West Forsyth HS

11:30 pm - Arrive @ PHS/Undress/Unload (EVERYONE HELPS)

12:00 pm - Dismissal
