12:30 pm - Students Report to the band room

1:00 pm - load buses/depart PHS

1:45 pm - Arrive at Mall of Georgia/Free Time

2:45 pm - Depart Mall of Georgia

3:00 pm - Arrive/unload @ Buford HS

3:30 pm - CB Warm-Up; WE and WS watch bands

4:00 pm - CB Performs; WE and WS watch bands

5:30 pm - WS Warm-Up; WE and CB watch bands

6:00 pm - WS Performs; WE and CB watch bands 

6:30 pm - DINNER; WE change into concert attire (we will need to organize band parents to assist with ordering and distributing dinner for the students)

7:00 pm - WE Warm-Up; CB and WS watch bands

7:30 pm - WE Performs; CB and WS watch bands

8:00 pm - WE Sight Reading; CB and WS begin loading

8:30 pm - WE loads buses/Depart Buford HS

9:30 pm - Arrive @ PHS/Unload/Dismissal
